Choose the aging and the denomination on the label

Based on the winery's offering and the specification Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, choose how long to age your wine to obtain the right mention (e.g. Riserva); the cost depends on duration and barrel type, calculated on all your wine. Or choose a dedicated, custom aging, which you will define and quantify together with the winery. Any limits (minimum liters in barrel, maximum duration, barrel types) are set by the winery.

For the mention Riserva (Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva) require 62 months of aging, of which 24 in wood. Approximately from 9,48 €/bottle.

The winery still respects the minimum aging of 50 months required by the specification Brunello di Montalcino.

The vineyard
